Update 9-26-08

well well well,
Yesterday's glorious Indian summer day found me asleep on the couch for three hours. Man, recovering is tough work. I have gotten my stitches out so my face is no longer blue. My eye is beginning to open more and more. Everyday, I go to PT to get my legs stretched out and loose from being in the hospital for so long. I am also stomaching *delicious* protein drinks to get jacked and tan.
again, thanks for all the notes,
Rose

Hi Rose!
Wow! Ever since I have known you, you have had a dramatic flair! Seriously, I am sending all kinds of healing thoughts your way. (Went through a ladder accident with my partner David last October and the two best things for his recovery were good thoughts from everyone and rest).

You are such a strong woman that I am sure you will get through this and go forward with that same determination I remember so well! I love your story about the "escape" from the hospital...so very "Rose" of you.

You had better be reading lots once those eyes are able!Sending huge amounts of positive energy your way. Love from you favorite librarian, Janis Minshull janismin@hotmail.com

Hey Rose,
Hope you are feeling so much better. Keep me updated on how you are doing, I would love to hear about you. You are such a strong person that I know you'll recover to your fullest, let's hope it quick and speedy. Hope you progress continues to a excel, just as you do everyday. Hope to see you soon.

It's amazing the drive you show even after all of this Rose. I guess I should have expected it since you could never stay still in Bio. You nutter.
Oh, and you've got to tell me which protein drink makes you tan, Rose...I could really use some. I noticed you're little stars around "delicious", haha. Protein drinks do taste like butt, BUT you should try Muscle Milk. Great stuff and it tastes AMAZING!

Stay cool Long. I'll be back in VT this Christmas for a few before I head down to Penn State. Make sure you're around so I can see yoe, Long!
